Human Resources Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling monthly payroll calculations and reports, including medical claims, MPF enrolment and employee's tax return
- Providing all-round HR function support, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, as necessary
- Roster, leave and attendance management
- Responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, such as CV screening and conducting interviews
- Managing and updating employee's profiles, as well as visa applications
- Roster, leave and attendance management
- Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' relevant HR working experience
- Experience in construction/ engineering industry would be an advantage
- Mature, responsible and good leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure, Good Team Player with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Immediate available is preferred
